If you cannot find a particular product, please contact our knowledgeable customer service team. If the product is not available in the HiHo Solutions range, we will suggest a suitable alternative from the many thousands of products available to us through our partnerships with the UK’s largest telecoms and IT manufacturers.




HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?


We aim to ship orders received by 2pm on the same day and expect your delivery to arrive in 2 to 4 days. Where your order or part of your order is out of stock or delivery is likely to be delayed, we will contact you to advise the expected delivery date. Where products are manufactured to order lead times will vary and we will inform you of the expected delivery date at the time of order.




HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR CARRIAGE?


Our standard delivery charge is £7.95 Ex VAT per order, is delivery from stock and normally takes 2-4 working days to all UK mainland destinations. For all other destinations please contact our customer services team.




I HAVE FOUND A PRODUCT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE


If you find any of the HiHo branded products on our website cheaper elsewhere, let us know, and if we can, we will match the price. Either give us a call or fill out an enquiry form with the details of the product and the website where you have found the product.




I AM A BUSINESS CUSTOMER; CAN I OPEN A CREDIT ACCOUNT WITH YOU?


Credit accounts are open to all business customers and are subject to a credit check. If you would like to apply for an account, please contact customer services for details.




ARE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR BULK ORDERS?


If you have a larger requirement, typically for ten or more items, please contact our customer services team, either give them a call, or via an enquiry form on the website. We will be happy to discuss your requirement and offer you the best possible deal.




HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PRODUCT IS MOST SUITABLE FOR MY NEEDS OR REQUIREMENT?


If you would like to know which of our products are the most suitable for your requirement, please call our friendly customer service team who will be happy to help. This is particularly important when buying headsets to work with your existing telephone system.




WHAT DO I DO IF THE GOODS ORDERED ARE FAULTY?


All goods supplied by www.hihosolutions.co.uk carry a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 2 year. Some warranties are longer. Goods that develop a fault within this warranty can be returned for either repair or replacement in line with the manufacturers’ warranty. General wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse is not covered by the warranty. It is important that you never return any goods to us without first contacting us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number, and the correct address to return the goods to. The return address may differ depending on the type of goods that you are returning. Once you have been issued with your Returns Authorisation Number, the goods should be returned to us in the original packaging, all parts, cables, instructions etc. along with a proof of purchase. The item will be tested and if no fault is found the goods will be returned to you and you may be charged 20% of the cost of the item to cover the costs that we have incurred in testing and shipping. If the goods are confirmed to be faulty, we will confirm this by email and a replacement will be sent out to you. Please note: Our warranty terms do not affect your statutory rights




WHAT IF I DECIDE I DO NOT WANT THE GOODS I HAVE ORDERED?


For hygiene reasons headsets cannot be returned if they have been worn or handled in any way.
